We are trying to ensure this website minimises its impact on our oceans and wider environment. We understand that the internet carries with it a significant carbon footprint, so we host our website using 100% renewable energy to reduce our contribution. To reduce its energy usage further, we try and use large images only where we think they serve a valuable and educational purpose. Despite this, we recognise that there are still improvements that can be made, and we are actively striving to find further solutions.
